kingpj Terms & Conditions

1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the kingpj Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and kingpj with respect to your use of the platform.

1.2  By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox at sign-up, or by continuing to use the platform after any updated Terms have been published, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

1.3  kingpj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the kingpj platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4  These Terms are available in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations, the English-language version shall prevail.

2.1  The kingpj platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is lawful at the time of play;
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any other person or entity in relation to wagering activities on the platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kingpj, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for cause.

2.2  kingpj will perform age verification and identity verification ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) checks on all registered accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kingpj will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

2.3  kingpj does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.1  To access real-money gaming services on kingpj, you must register a player account. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances in excess of the original deposit amount in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2  You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kingpj login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kingpj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4  If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify kingpj immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. kingpj may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.5  kingpj reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend an existing account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that any provision of these Terms is being violated.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. kingpj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at kingpj's discretion.

4.2  Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the verified kingpj account. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account belonging to a different person — are strictly prohibited and may be reversed. kingpj does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.3  Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred). Maximum deposit limits may apply at the account level based on KYC verification status.

4.4  Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash — typically within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts;
• PayMaya — typically within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer — 1 to 3 banking days.

4.5  Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) full KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance must be fulfilled; (c) no open dispute or fraud investigation may be pending on the account.

4.6  Anti-Money Laundering. kingpj is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) as amended. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account, and to file Suspicious Transaction Reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5.1  kingpj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and jackpot-linked promotions such as the Midas Fortune pool. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer on the platform.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion description.

5.3  Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute differently toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer games, table games, and bingo may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be specified in the promotion terms.

5.4  Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements. kingpj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of a live promotion, or decline to issue a bonus to any player where there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the promotional system.

5.5  Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account-per-person rule in Section 3.

6.1  All games available on the kingpj platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, bingo, and virtual sports — operate under their own individual game rules. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules governing that game as displayed within the game interface.

6.2  Random Number Generation. All outcomes in kingpj's software-based games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is entirely random and independent of all preceding outcomes.

6.3  Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game information panel. Actual RTP may vary from the stated theoretical RTP over any individual playing session due to the inherent variance of RNG-based games.

6.4  In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published malfunction procedure. kingpj's decision on the resolution of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in these Terms.

6.5  kingpj does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed from the platform, temporarily suspended, or replaced without notice due to regulatory requirements, provider agreements, or technical issues.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kingpj platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or play any game;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse that is designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational intent;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kingpj staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or data you are not authorised to access.

7.2  kingpj employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their winnings voided, their deposited funds returned (net of any costs incurred by the Company), and their accounts permanently banned.

8.1  All content on the kingpj platform — including but not limited to the kingpj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game titles, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kingpj or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of kingpj.

8.3  Any unauthorised use of the kingpj intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account access.

9.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingpj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2  kingpj does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and kingpj makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.

9.3  In no event shall kingpj's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited into your kingpj account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kingpj's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

10.1  kingpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered kingpj account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block access to the platform.

10.2  If you believe you may have a gambling problem, kingpj urges you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support. You agree to make use of these tools rather than creating a new account to circumvent any restriction you have voluntarily applied.

11.1  kingpj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Conduct that kingpj reasonably believes to be fraudulent, criminal, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players;
• Receipt of a lawful direction from PAGCOR, a court, or another competent authority requiring suspension or termination;
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

11.2  Upon termination of an account for cause, kingpj reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus-related balances. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to any forfeiture provision will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

11.3  A player who voluntarily closes their account in good standing may request a final withdrawal of their verified balance prior to closure. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirement obligations — if an active bonus is attached to the balance at the time of closure, the relevant bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited.

12.1  kingpj may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or Company policy. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

12.2  Where kingpj considers a change to be material — that is, where it would reasonably be expected to affect a player's rights or obligations in a significant way — registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the change taking effect.

12.3  If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your kingpj account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2  Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the kingpj platform or any decision made by the Company, you should first submit a formal complaint to the kingpj customer support team via live chat or email. kingpj will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

13.3  Regulatory Escalation. If you are not satisfied with kingpj's internal complaint resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player dispute procedures.

13.4  Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
